Our Story — From One Father’s Promise to a Shared Mission

Every movement has a beginning. Ours began with a father’s love for his daughter and a promise that no amount of distance, hardship, or adversity could ever change.

When Damien Black began sharing the hashtag #DadNeverLeft, it was more than a phrase. It was a message to his daughter that no matter what challenges stood between them, his love would remain and his determination to be part of her life would never fade.

What began as a personal expression of love, hope, and perseverance soon inspired a vision that could reach far beyond one family.

Together, Damien and his wife, Dustie Black, began turning that vision into something greater. Combining their personal experiences, different strengths, and shared determination, they set out to build an organization dedicated to supporting fathers and strengthening the relationships between fathers and their children.

As #DadNeverLeft INC. continues to grow, their focus remains on creating a community where fathers can find encouragement, education, resources, and a voice when they feel unheard.

Their journey is a reminder that meaningful change often begins with something deeply personal and grows when people come together with a shared purpose.
