For fathers facing custody disputes, parenting-time challenges, and financial or emotional hardships, that commitment can sometimes feel like an uphill battle.

Standing Up for Fathers
Our advocacy is centered on ensuring that fit, loving fathers have a fair opportunity to remain actively involved in raising their children.
We believe that parenting decisions should be based on a child’s safety, well-being, and best interests, not assumptions about a parent’s gender.
Our goal is to promote fairness, accountability, and meaningful opportunities for fathers to participate in their children’s lives.
We are committed to raising awareness, encouraging constructive conversations, and supporting efforts to improve the family court experience.
What We Advocate For
Equal Parenting Opportunities
We support consideration of equal shared parenting time as a starting point when both parents are fit, safe, and capable of providing a loving environment, while recognizing that every child’s circumstances are unique.
Fairness in Family Court
We advocate for transparent procedures, timely decisions, and fair consideration of evidence so fathers have meaningful opportunities to be heard.
Access to Legal Resources
We are working toward establishing a network of qualified attorneys and legal professionals who can help eligible fathers understand and navigate custody and parenting-time matters.
Our long-term goal is to develop organization-funded legal assistance programs, subject to eligibility, funding, and program guidelines.
Emotional Support and Community
Custody struggles can be emotionally exhausting. We are working to establish father-focused support groups where men can share experiences, find encouragement, and connect with others who understand their challenges.
Education and Empowerment
We aim to provide educational resources about parenting rights, court procedures, documentation, co-parenting, and the responsibilities that come with fatherhood.
Legislative Awareness and Reform
We seek to participate in constructive discussions about family law, shared parenting, access to legal representation, and improvements to the family court system.
Building a Stronger Future
Our vision extends beyond providing information.
We are working toward developing a Minnesota advocacy network where fathers can access educational opportunities, community support, referrals, and, as resources permit, qualified legal assistance.
We want fathers to have somewhere to turn when they feel overwhelmed, unheard, or uncertain about their next steps.
We want children to grow up knowing that their fathers’ efforts to remain present matter.
And we want families to have opportunities to build healthy, lasting relationships whenever it is safe and appropriate.

Building a Father’s Advocacy Center
Our long-term goal is to establish an advocacy center dedicated to helping fathers navigate some of the most difficult experiences of their lives.
We are working toward providing support groups, educational workshops, community resources, and access to qualified legal professionals.
As our organization grows, we hope to develop programs that help eligible fathers obtain legal representation without bearing the full financial burden themselves.
Our programs are currently in development, and services will become available as resources and funding allow.
