At #DADNEVERLEFT INC., our mission is to protect, empower, educate, and advocate for fathers who are fighting to remain an active and meaningful part of their children’s lives.
We believe that a father’s love is just as valuable, his presence is just as important, and his parental rights deserve equal consideration.
Too many fathers face overwhelming obstacles when trying to maintain relationships with their children. From lengthy custody battles and financial hardships to emotional isolation and unequal treatment, fathers are often left feeling unheard, unsupported, and powerless.
We are here to change that.
Our mission is to build a nationwide network of advocacy, education, emotional support, and accessible legal resources for fathers navigating custody disputes, parenting-time challenges, and the family court system.
Through our organization, we are working to:
Advocate for equal parenting rights: Promote legislation establishing a rebuttable presumption of equal shared parenting time when both parents are fit and it is safe and in the child’s best interests.
Expand access to legal representation: Work toward providing affordable and organization-funded attorney services to eligible fathers who otherwise may not have the financial means to fight for their parental rights.
Create a safe community: Establish father-focused support groups where men can share their experiences, find encouragement, and know they are not alone.
Educate and empower fathers: Provide resources, educational programs, and guidance to help fathers better understand their rights, responsibilities, and the family court process.
Fight for meaningful reform: Advocate for greater accountability, fairness, transparency, and timely decisions within the family court system.
Protect father-child relationships: Raise awareness about the emotional impact that unnecessary separation, prolonged custody disputes, and barriers to parenting time can have on fathers and children.
Build a nationwide advocacy center: Develop a network of professionals, volunteers, attorneys, and community partners dedicated to supporting fathers and strengthening families.
WHY WE EXIST
#DADNEVERLEFT was born from a father’s determination to make sure his child would always know one thing:
“Dad never left. Dad never stopped loving. Dad never stopped fighting.”
What began as one father’s personal struggle has grown into a movement with a greater purpose: to stand beside fathers across Minnesota and eventually throughout the United States who are fighting to be present in their children’s lives.
We recognize that every family situation is different and that the safety and well-being of children must always come first. Our advocacy is for fit, loving fathers who want the opportunity to raise, protect, support, and build lasting relationships with their children.
OUR VISION
We envision a future where fathers are not forced to exhaust their savings, sacrifice their emotional well-being, or spend years fighting simply to have a meaningful role in their children’s lives.
A future where both fit parents receive fair consideration.
A future where children are not unnecessarily deprived of the love, guidance, and presence of their fathers.
A future where no father has to stand alone.
We are more than a hashtag. We are more than a movement. We are building a voice, a support system, and a legacy for fathers and their children.
