We support mothers and fathers pursuing safe, appropriate 50/50 parenting arrangements, joint legal custody, and joint physical custody.

Tier 1 — Family Equality Support Membership

$100 per month

Includes:

• Parent education and custody workshops.

• Educational resources on 50/50 parenting time and joint custody.

• Family court preparation education.

• Assistance organizing court-related documents.

• Resources addressing disputed false allegations, parental alienation, and coercive control.

• Peer mentorship and community support.

• Professional resource referrals.

Tier 2 — Family Equality Legal Support Membership

To Qualify for this tier you must meet with a board member and attorney though our center to make sure we can take your case. Contact Us first!

$250 per month

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

• Individual advocacy support assessments.

• Priority advocacy appointments.

• Additional educational court preparation sessions.

• Assistance organizing documents for attorney consultations.

• Coordination with participating licensed attorneys.

Attorney assistance is subject to program eligibility and funding availability.

Our Advocacy Focus

We serve mothers and fathers pursuing equal parenting arrangements and address concerns involving disputed false allegations, parental alienation, and coercive control.

We do not provide specialized representation or investigations for child neglect, physical abuse, sexual abuse, or maltreatment. We refer these matters to appropriate agencies and qualified professionals.

Our Legislative Reform Efforts Are Free

Our public advocacy, petitions, legislative reform initiatives, and awareness campaigns remain open to everyone, regardless of membership.

Equal parenting reform is our mission, not a membership privilege.
